And They're Off....

By the time you read this we will be high in the sky flying over Canada jetting towards Peru. I've been pondering this trip and I have great hopes for what we will do and accomplish there, but I also come to remember the real reason for us taking this step: to serve. Though we will grow personally and emotionally, hopefully not physically, I want this trip to not be about us. This trip will be about the kids and the people we meet. It is not about fun fun fun, but sincere love for others (although we have no doubt that fun will be a part of the experience). This is our goal for our trip.
